I would like to raise an alarm for anyone opting for ccom digital pvt. ltd - Wadala in future, Please read this before you even think of going for interview because you can save your precious time. 1.WORST COMPANY TO WORK. 2.SALARY NEVER ON TIME. 3.LACK OF QUALITIES IN COMPANY's MD - Chandan Bagwe 4.NEGATIVE WORKPLACE ENVIRONMENT. 5.No MOTIVATION/ NO LEARNING/ NO SELF DEVELOPMENT. The company lacks the leadership, vision and direction towards growth and future development. It has no values and works as per the MD's mood. The main principle that this CCOM digital works is on "LIE" and fooling Clients and harassing employees. The real scenario is that the company is without any structural /organizational hierarchies like a bridge hanging on disintegrated rope. The company is negligent towards the employees. All policies that are followed and modified as and when required in favor of MD. The MD want employees to work by sacrificing their personal space, family etc and in return their hard work is not even appricated & is paid off by super late salaries (delayed by 2-3 months) . The company doesn’t have a good revenue background and will always look after how they can pay less amount than your salary by bringing in new surprise policies by the better half of the MD who claims to be a HR head (Without qualification and dances on tune of MD) called double deductions and forcefully considering your leave - this is the main aim of the company to deduct the salary of their employee and go on vacation by not paying off wages to them. The Working HR Manager under the puppet HR head is a solider without a gun at war. When an employee goes with a concerns, she can just acknowledge your concern but when you ask for updates there is one constant answer "Nothing in her hands" and the coward will speak to you on this. The MD is so coward that he cannot accept/face the reviews and ask's his employees to forcefully put in good reviews by threatening them on their salaries. For everything you don’t do as per his will you will be threatened for your salary. All these reviews that you see claiming that excellent work place is forced on the current working employees to post it. They don’t do this with just their employees but they are fooling their clients too. Its high time that Clients have started noticing this, I would like to draw attention of rest of the clients that you please invest in where you get the good truthful expected service. The vision of MD includes fooling fresher and interns with low salary, make them work double and don’t payoff their wages on time.
