The team of school is working for the betterment of the school, the infrastructure, playground, Interior structure etc are quite impressive. You can expect better education from this school.
In my opinion, C.E. Academy can obtain its apex status in Bhagalpur District If the management team is apt in
1) Build strong alliances with parents and acknowledge their active participation in the school
2)Give special attention to promote student's interests and vocational education.
3)Students' likes' directly depends on attending classes regularly or interests in a particular subject and dislikes directly linked to their teacher and his/her quality of teaching.
4)Teachers and management team need to focus on every individual student and closely monitor academic development.
5) Focus on Extra-curriculum activities
6) Trust deficit with parents and teachers can lead to career debacle of school.
Always ready to up the ante with a competitor then it is a high probability to get top ten school list in Google search at Bhagalpur level.
So, the need of the hour is to bolster and fortify the fundamental rule of the school.
I am not saying sarcastically but when there is a matter of education then we should avoid appeasement policy. So as far as I had observed in this school there is some level of scarcity in education quality because the team of teachers are not very much agile and savvy. So need to strengthen the quality of education as well as teachers.
