β β β β β Worst ever experience at a wellness centre. Doctors start prescribing medicines without listening to the patient completely. And I don't have words to describe how pathetic their pharmacy counter is. The person inside would keep talking over phone, ignoring the long queue outside. Preferential treatment will be given to people known to him, irrespective of how many elderly are waiting outside for long hours. It was total nightmare for me. The man at the counter replied rudely even to the simplest of my questions, and didn't return my proscription slip. Someone please help me on this. These people should be brought to book, or they'll continue jeopardizing the efforts of the government by playing with the lives of innocent patients.

β β β β β You'll always find over crowd here!
You can take doctor's appointment online. If you are taking doctor's appointment online than you will not have to wait in queue. It is hassle free process.
Hospital has many problems like-
1) they don't have enough doctors.
2) all doctors are on contractual except cmo.
3) they don't have alternative of electricity and server.

β β β β β Dispensary is very much crowded and it is because there are more centre govt employees in the area. The govt has to take care and need to open 2 more dispensary for patients. Doctors are good and both pharmacist from both pharmacy counter are generous inspite of so much rush they clear the doubt the medicine and its doses. We have to sign and give fhe address in the indent pharmacy counter this is tendersome process but indent counter pharmacy are very good and knowledgeable. Going to the doctor for medicine doubt is impossible as there is so much rush but pharmacist from the indent counter clear every doubt so nicely. Registration counter is worst, they even didn't able to clarify the general doubts. Homeopathic is nice, no hustle bustle there.

β β β β β Mr Meena,CMO Should think of increasing the indented medicine counters to at least two.The rush on Indented medicine counter is abnormally High. The first floor of the dispensary can be utilised for improving the services and reducing the rush by including one more pharmacy/medicine store at first floor.
Doctors are very patient with employee/beneficiaries.

β β β β β The dispensary is clean, most importantly.
Doctors arrive on time. There isn't much rush.
Every staff I've met there is helpful and supportive. They give you complete information and direct you to appropriate counter number.
Medicine distribution is also well managed.
It has proper arrangement for sitting.
One thing that I liked there is that the doctors reminded people to undergo tests and investigations first before suggesting medicines.
