Doctors are very punctual but staff comes late.
People dispensing medicine they come late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree that service and behavior of doctors & staff is good but one thing is lacking ,no network is available in the basement where wellness center of West Patel Nagar, is functioning, to contact relatives & outside help on an utmost emergency. The old man suffering from various old age diseases like me ,along many others , has to go up by stairs & contact the help in emergency. If owners of building feels this difficulty being faced by patients etc , they may be kind enough to install devices ,( which are available in market) to extend their kind help to old & ailing patients etc

Not at all cooperative , the lady at the registration counter , and also a man in indent medicine section are ill-mannered .
I've read reviews here , that complain same ... But I think I'm just adding up to it .
Because the authorities don't seem concerned here Which is very disappointing .
