★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ch. Matu Ram was born in the year 1866 at village Sanghi in district Rohtak in Haryana. His father, Ch. Bakhtawar Singh, was a ‘zaildar’. Ch. Matu ram had to discontinue his studies after passing the primary school examination. His father died when he was 30 years at age. Being the eldest child, the responsibility of the family head fell on his shoulders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C.M.R.A. Govt. Polytechnic Education Society, Sanghi was started in 2006 after the name of Ch. Matu Ram Arya at Gram Panchayat land of village – Sanghi, Rohtak. It is rapidly gaining recognition & popularity among the discerning academic circles. The Institute is committed to the development of professional engineers to face the challenges of the rapidly changing industrial world. The Institute is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (A.I.C.T.E.), New Delhi and is affiliated to Haryana State Board of Technical Education (H.S.B.T.E.), Panchkula.
The Institute is situated between Sanghi, Khidwali and Katwara village, about 3 kilometers from Sanghi towards Khidwali and 7 Kilometers from Jassia which is situated on NH – 71A (Rohtak-Panipat) towards the West. The Institute is spreading over 29 acres having one academic-cum-administrative block, two hostels, mess, canteen, playground and residential quarters for the staff.
Presently three year diploma courses are running in the disciplines of Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Civil Engineering under the guidance of matured, dedicated, experienced and highly qualified staff.

And there is a hostel facility of both boys&girls and fully discipline campus. it's college facilities are good and well experienced teacher. But I noticed that one thing is that there is no/ several time transport is that come on this route on by a chance meet transport

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was student of this college in 2011 to 2014 mechanical batch . It is the govt. Polytechnic. And i also enjoy my 3 years . Best teacher facility are available. All workshop machines are available in this institute . It is cover very large area also hostel facility . But now there is not a timely transportation available . When you are going to this college then it will be drive own vehicle. Great college and very good experience of my life

All the staff here is good and respectful.This polytechnic would help you achieve practical knowledge of training on the basic level. After attaining a polytechnic diploma, you could straightaway apply for jobs in the same field and often in the government or private sectors.Yes, the scope for the polytechnic diploma holders is good in India. Candidates after completion of diploma can work in government and private companies. They can also study BE / BTech after completion of a three year diploma.
