first they'll tell you that you've initiated a request to collect your parcel by yourself. Once you'll try to connect with them regarding the same concern, They'll just hang your call up by saying that you'll just have to collect your parcel by yourself only and will ignore your calls. At last when you keep on being harsh with them they'll come up with a solution that is to collect your parcel from your nearby branch. Inshort, you'll have to pay the shipping charges + your parcel will not get delievered at your place. Do not ever go with such services..
