*Cleanliness maintained properly ,water 24×7
~Near by school - kendriya vidyalaya
~Shopping - ondoor /Reliance fresh/local market
~Restaurant - GK (guru kripa)
~Place to visit - zoo / central museum
(All above mentioned above mostly within 1km. From quarters.)
Only drawback is it's near by among main roads of city so. ( But no need to worry you will get habitual to honks of vehicle/traffic).?
