★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited 03.04.2021 at Home Factory outlet at around 12:30 pm and found the outlet door locked then guard near to shop told us to call the contact number of outlet staff after a while a two guys came and opened the door.
They are not sure about the prices and discounts, we asked the discounts available on bed covers one of the guy told us 50%, when we selected one bed cover the other guy told us it's 20% discount only.
Both the guys are not interested in telling rate and discounts, they are just waiting when we leave the store. I don't know why the owner opened the factory outlet, when he don't have customer friendly staff?
