★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CS Soft Solutions is a great company when it comes to Mobile Department lead by Ranjeet Sir who is a great leader and a very helpful person in the team.Also there is Pankaj Sir who is also a important character in the team and a very intelligent person.Overall it was a very good 5 years i spent there.I meet very different kind of people and there are many memorable moments during these 5 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company ever. I'm writing this review to help others, So that they can think twice or thrice before joining this company. I have worked for 2 months (In 2020 during covid start)over there as a Web Designer. They hired me by saying that the company's working days are 5 a week, but they works 6 days a week. You have to work non-stop more than 10 hours a day and They will force you to work on saturday too. You will get to listen "It's urgency" "Wrap Up" on every friday evening always. I was lucky that i didn't signed a bond. Beware of these kind of companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are scammers. Amanpreet Kaur claimed she could complete a project but she was not fourthcoming at all.
We are continents away, and we can't ask for a refund. This company is very bad and I am ashamed to have worked with them. As someone living in Canada, I take big leap to work with companies from Asia/South Asia, and this experience clearly destroyed me.
Further, Amanpreet Kaur sent us fake videos to show the work. It is unbelievable - how fake can you get ? Absolutely unethical for this type of result. I am shocked.
And to top it all off, I paid them for weeks of work. I had good faith in their ability. But they continued to deceive me and charge me for fake work.
Long story short: Do NOT work with this company. If you are living in another contient, say NO at all costs.
Horrible experience.

They provide lot of time for learning and improving.Other than this nature of work depends on the project you get .Has plenty of learning opportunities. Work life balance is good .but working hours depends on the projects we choose. Overall nice place to be productive.
