I've come here after trying 4-5 libraries but this is the best one.
very comfortable chairs.
best in terms of cleanliness.
best in terms of discipline.

*Rude and not understanding owner, arrogant girl receptionist. Both does not know the way to talk to students. Both always talk in haughty manner. Thinking other person in nothing in front of them.
*Limited and congested space. Even more congested in Unreserved hall.
*Dirty Washrooms.
*No Issue resolves for any problems.
*Worst Infrastructure.
*Some wall fans do not rotate some do not change rotation speed
*Over imposing of rules on students.
*Can have food in lunch hall only between 12.30 to 3.30 PM. Else not even though space is empty.
*Over crowded place.
*No charging point facility in center row.
*Lockers of no use very small.
*Noise at one corner from road side and other corner from outside.
*No flexibility in fees.
Positive Points
*Newspapers magazines books available.
*Terrace for full time discussion.
*1250 and 1400 rs for Fixed seat and full day.

Peace environment, proper sanitation. Cleaned washrooms, full day ac, comfortable chairs, wifi , ac , locker, rooftop cafeteria, dining/discussion hall ,Three separate floors (variety of time slots),Friendly staff.
Unlike other libraries , the owner maintains it better.
This is one of the BEST libraries in this area. Recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely good library with all the basic necessities a student want . Peaceful reading hall , wide dining and discussion space provided .. No issues with the WiFi connectivity and speed . clean ambiance .. Surely a good place to study ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing place to study with great ambience for sincere students. Well mentained discipline. Immediate action taken in case of any complain or any sort of inconvenience. Separate discussion cum lunch area with strict timings. Roof with chairs n tables to sit, chat, call, discuss or study. Well maintained hygiene with clean washroom (specially for girls). Different halls as per requirement. Completely noise free zone for ₹1400 is worth an investment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This library is such a place where you feel as like your home and sir and all the students here they are such live in a peaceful place where they learn so many things with a great knowledge and environment is ossum its not only for words you can visit atleast one time you realize everything??? all the students they are right track here....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why you shouldn't join this library:-
1) Blunt & rude behaviour of staff specially behaviour of owner is intolerable. If u join, Be ready to have another BAAP ( proactive papa , more active than real one ). The owner of library will interfere , guide & teach you on each step as if u are an infant . he is self obsessed person surrounded by his chamchas ( sycophants) . He wants to show authority without any locous standi & power. He will make u feel that he is doing charity for u & u are at his mercy.
2) Privacy threat & restrictions on freedom of speech & expression - Both at risk here because of excess surveillance by CCTV cameras & microphones planted every where . U can't even smile any where in library forget about laughing ,even in so called discussion area or on terrace . Giving feeling of living inside open prison .
3) you would be made captive of rules & regulations. Which changes on daily basis. U will think that it is good for studies but it is an illusion because free thinking comes only in free atmosphere & by self imposed disciplines & not by forced rules & guidelines.
4) not good place to read . unnecessary rules& regulations will complicate your mind .
5) pseudo discipline - so called disciplines are not equally implemented , giving privileges to chamchas( sycophants).
6) pseudo serious students - u will find many such species here proclaiming themselves deligent , serious & painting students of other libraries as useless.they consider violation of privacy ,poking fingers on everything & interference by owner on each & every matter of personal activities in library as part of discipline. I feel bad about their mental development.& Can only say u people need to read at least once chapter on fundamental rights from M Laxmikanth.
7)Space - Too congested , no charging point on every seats & chair is pushed back by each commuters moving in & out spoiling your concentration & mood both.
Despite all this if you join, you yourself will start disliking both library & their staff & specially owner , within few days due to their rude behaviour .If u are disliking & still continuing there it means you are guided by others with no personal decision making ability .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is best library from dwarka mor to uttam nagar. Discipline and silence is well maintained and strictly followed. This is what every student want in library. Even owner is very calm, approachable and helpful, if we face any issue.
Decent infrastructure and 100% cleanliness and hygiene is maintain, different washroom for boys and girls and always clean washrooms.
For security purposes CCTV have been installed everywhere in library and outsiders are strictly not allowed inside the library.
