★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recent Update: 01/02/20: After i brought my laptop, it showed a different sort of problem of not charging. It wasn't charging above 20% so I gave them the laptop back and the previous problem of blanking of screen was also appearing again. On which I was told they didn't touch the battery. But if the battery was all okay before and I'm facing this problem now. Whose responsibility was this? Now I've brought my laptop back after 2 weeks as I'm told IC has gone and I'll have to buy a new battery now. And it's all certainly my responsibility somehow.
20/01/20 : Had given my Alienware laptop. Fot which Dell quoted me 13000/- as it was a motherboard problem. Then as like every other Nagpur person, I went to yeshwant stadium area. Visited various shops where no one had a clue what is 4 beep problem of Alienware. Still were quoting between 3500-9000. After visiting 7-8 shops, i decided to go with Dell service center only and accepted my fate of 13000 ka kharcha.
One of my friend then suggested me about C-tech hardware services. On visiting, it was the 1st time someone understood the problem and said would be done in 1 day. On very next day the problem was solved and all they took was 1500rs!
