★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worast response . I bought bike in thippaiah motors 2 months back. Some parts missing in my bike . I asked them , they given response go to outside mechanic shop buy and fix those parts . I suggest to change name THIPPAIAH MOTORS to THIPPAIAH MECHANIC SHOP or HERO SHOWROOM to HERO MECHANIC SHOP. Why because your response like mechanic shop not like showroom.
If money wants to those parts . I ready to pay . But you're response like MECHANIC SHOP.
I told to my friends and relatives when they asked to buy bike . Don't go to THIPPAIAH MOTORS (MECHANIC SHOP) . They sell like mechanic shop not like showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience from Hero motorcorp....They just deliver hero destiny scooter, and I moved for just 1km ,bike has been stopped and smoke is coming under seat, This is not first time for me, already same happened for Duet also...Although I trust and went their for Hero Destiny..Again prob happens...I suggest u to Don't buy scooters in HERO..Other than scooters reaming vehicles are good to buy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worest service,Machanics don't know the knowledge,if any repair they directly remove the part and fix the new part.machanic takes two days time to my bike repair and even he didn't repair and they don't identify what the problem.after that i take my bike to out side small Machanic, he fix the problem with in 20 minutes.Plz don't go to showrooms and don't waste your value money.In billing they add small parts charges like washers,rubbers exetra,After adding the small charges it makes big bil.at the time of showroom enter by bike having full air in back and front tyres but they charged 20+GST for air.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service and response by show room phone operators. No proper respomse from them. After purchase of the vehicle they dont care about previous customers. Til purchase of the vehicle Sales representatives repeatedly calling aftervthat they dont take care. Even they dont respond properly. For every details simply telling that to visit showroom. I told that phone operators am not available at anantapur. Still some some minor matters also forcing us to come showroom only. Worst behavior unprofessional phone operators lifting the calls. Even one star also waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bike service ever... roadside bike mechanic guys do better job than the mechanics available in C.Thippaiah motors workshop...
When you tell them problems you are facing...they won't solve ..They will give it back to you as it is with just waterwash and oil change.... nothing changes...I went there for servicing 5 times it's worst experience...I never felt satisfaction even for 1 time also....my bike making weird noise I told them but they gave it back as it is by making me wait from 6 AM to 6:15PM... you can assume their negligence....
I suggest everyone can go to Narasimha motors for servicing they do perfect job
