★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because of the way the refund was handled, I’m compelled to change the rating from 5 star (for the service rendered by the allocated brother) to 2 star.
We availed their Palliative Care service from 27 Dec’21 for my dad. This contract needed to be renewed every 10 days & duty slots are from 8 to 8. My dad expired at 4:10 am on 26th Jan’22 ie.within the night slot for 25th Jan’22 (8pm to 8am). Advance payment for the service from 26thJan (starting from 8am) was made on 26th Jan at 1:09am (technically within the night shift of 25th Jan’22). As we were busy with the last rites of our father and also taking into consideration that the brother was up all night, on humanitarian grounds we requested him to have his lunch, rest and leave as per his convenience. He left around 4 pm. Now when we are asking for refund, the group is deducting the payment for the whole day as well as the 30% deduction on the remaining days.
We are ready to pay the brother for 1 day. But does it make any sense for the 30% deduction when no service was availed from 26th Jan’22. No one ever verified with us why the brother was there on 26th Jan22.. Total deduction amount exceeds 15,000/- for the period when NO service is availed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unsatisfactory service. In hurry I paid a lot to get their service which was not upto the mark. I paid Rs 7500 for injecting one 3% Na IV saline. Beware of this company.
1st they try to get Google review recorded in their favour prior to rendering complete service. Please don't rate this company in advance.

Mr. Rohan has given a great satisfactory service.
The major part was we left our one of the bag in the train, he was returning from the same Tain. So collected bag behalf us and delivered on our Kolkata location.

The timing of therapy should be increased as compare to the cost.
I am more focused on the results of my daughter's improvement.
There should be a target set for all the milestone that we are looking to achieve.
Overall experience with her is good .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent services. There nurses are well trained and very gentle with the patient. One of their nursing stuff took care of my mother of 91 years old for a few days. She was so good that we could leave our mother under her care while we are out on work. Administrative stuff of C3 Homecare are also very efficient and cooperative in all respects. I will recommend their services without a 2nd thought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was good overall. No complaints. Sulekha, the nursing attendant was very good and compassionate and knew her job well. Request the authorities to relook at the charges for the benefit of senior citizens. I would like to make one correction. Ms Sulekha is a nurse, not an attendant. Sorry for the mistake.
