★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst cab service I have ever come across. I booked family trip to Shimla and Manali. I was disappointed to see very poorly maintained old Innova car having very old tyre and showed my concern that it is not fit for travel to hill station. Called the company but they did not provided other car, we had to travel as our hotel bookings was done. AC started malfunctioning after 50KM, we ignored as we had to go hill station and temp won’t be an issue. 2 days passed and during return from Manali, BREAK FAILED IN MIDDLE OF HILL STATION that was due to very old break pad. Fortunately driver was skilled and he used hand break but life of 4 children and 6 adults was at risk. We had to wait 4 hours to get it repaired at middle of the hill road. I called owner of the company to replace car but he said I can’t help. We had no option but to move forward. At 9 PM on the way to Palampur tyre got punctured and Stepney was also in very bad shape. I again called the owner Mr. Meena and again he said he can’t to anything and said leave the car if you wish. We left that car and hired other car in Urgency on very high price. I have all the evidence like pics , driver statement and videos to prove this scene and definitely going to file a harassment case in consumer court. I want to make sure that this company does not play with life of other travellers by providing very poor quality cars.
