One of the worst, Excitel could have found to work with. Utter garbage. Don't have any support. Don't know how to route the wires through the streets.
They will intentionally block services of a particular area or society if they don't like that society. In this time of urgency and need, we don't have any internet connection for more than 2 days and these guys are so incompetent that they don't even pick up the phone to address the issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service provider with no etiquette at all. Staff are neither professional nor approachable. Excitel should take people opinions and align other service provider in this area to sustain for a long run. I would not recommend this service provider to anyone.
