★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. In terms of customer service I'd rate 0. Food isn't authentic. Didn't get the taste of arabic cuisine. And the worst customer service that I've ever experienced. Not gonna visit this place again. I wouldn't recommend to visit this place to anyone. The worst service. Very bad experience.

The mandi biriyani was really good.. The only thing off about it was the chicken. It was too charred and overcooked.
It was more than sufficient for 4 folks - amazing quantity. Had enough dry fruits, apt spice too.
In my opinion, it's a must try place for this preparation if they correct the amount they grill the chicken.
Ambience - we felt was little cheap.. I mean.. The idea was good, the execution was not as good. Looks tad shady because of the lightning and cheap curtains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried shawarma here , it's really looks like Lebanese (Arabic ) shawarma , taste of the food can improve little bit as compared to the prize they are charging. Hotel ambiance also made like a Arabic resturant , really appreciate that.Staff also very polite and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are bit high for what they serve and also ambiance is not good at all. Felt like eating in a dark room with all curtains around. As a result you don't get much service from waiters. Overall food tastes good but prices are bit high.
