About Cadbury India Private Limited
Under its charter, the Finance Committee is responsible for reviewing and making recommendations to the Board on significant financial matters, including:
- at least annually, the Company’s long-term capital structure, including financing plans, projected financial structure, funding requirements, target credit ratings and return on invested capital;
- authorization of issuances, sales or repurchases of equity and debt securities;
- the Company's external dividend policy and dividend recommendations.
- proposed acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, investments, asset sales and purchase commitments for services in excess of $100 million; and
- Board authorization and delegation levels with respect to financing matters.
The Finance Committee also reviews and discusses with management:
- results of transactions such as acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, investments, asset sales and purchase commitments for services in excess of $100 million; and
- the cash-flow impact of non-debt obligations, including funding pension and other post-retirement benefit plans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cadbury is a very famous brand for gift hampers specially in chocolates. The best product of Cadbury is Diary Milk in different varieties(fruit and nut , raisins, almond and many more). There are many products like 5 star and Gems. I love gems and Diary Milk and I know every one would have tried all these products and rate it 4/5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received Cadbury celebrations pack as a gift on rakshabandhan.
All chocolates (dairy milk, 5 star) were having white spots all over them looking like fungus.
Had to throw the entire pack and the surprising fact was that expiry date mentioned outside celebrations pack was April 2018, and of chocolates was Jan 2018.
Ferns N Petals sent the defected pack with expired chocolates.

a bar of Pournville Plain (manufacturing month - 3.2019)
&
a bar of Bournville Raisin and Nuts (manufacturing month - 2.2019) from Kirana Stores, Mata ka Mandir Stop Light, CV Raman Road, New Friends Colony, New Delhi 110025.
They were rotten and crumbly and light brown. I have attached a picture of the two offending bars. They were well within the 9 month expiry period.
Can you please tell me why this happened? From your review page it seems that it happens quite often.
