★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the eve of my sister in law birthday 26th Feb 2022 we went with some of our friends to enjoy some snacks and on complaining on food not being upto the mark the owner became rude with us and started misbehaving and said us get out off my cafe.
Is the really a way to deal with your customer especially on being reviewed on the basis of your food…. This is the way of hospitality cafe owner is showing….. Shame! Shame!
Not recommendable anybody ready to pay and get insulted for same…. Please go for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All my life I heard “customer is king” but this cafe’s owner (lady) haven’t heard this I think that is why she shouts at her customers quoting not to come again to her cafe on being complained about the food she delivered (club sandwich was full of black pepper).
She should learn how to take customer’s feedback and improve - have some lessons from some hospitality business leaders.
Would not recommend this cafe to anyone because you can surely get much better food and better service in Ludhiana.
