★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff behaviour didn't satisfy Customer. They need to learn to how to communicate with their customers. I ordered Irish Latte and they gaved me Irish coffee. Totally unsatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently visited this place back to back. During my latest visit the staff told me to pay a sum of 710 RS. Which was quite on the higher side than my order so I asked for the bill. I and my husband finished my order . Meanwhile the bill was asked twice but he didnt provide.
At last while leaving the bill was finally provided which was only of RS 496 rs ( which was the original amount ) . The employee return the remaining amount and said nothing . And a kagazi bill was given to me in place of the system generated bill
Look how CCD staff tried to fool u when ordering. Be careful from CCD ( Chori Chori and Dhokhadhadi )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Cafe Coffee Day price is too high.Every 6 months they increase the price.And the second thing is few cafe coffe day don't even provide the bill and try to take cash.I have stop coming to CCD because there are many other cafes where you get same facilities and price is 2-3 times less.

There are a few CCDs in Kota, I just stopped at the nearest one whilst visiting the city for a few hours.
The coffee is great (as always), I also had Cocoa Fantasy Pastry with ice cream too (not sure why they renamed it 'pastry' on the menu, as there was none, but nevermind).
After taking my order, the grunt behind the counter made some gesture, I've no idea what the gesture meant but i'll try to decipher it the best I can, Here goes: - “I can't change a 2000 Rupee note, however, if you sit down, I'll bring you your food & drink, and after twenty minutes or so, you'll hopefully forget about your Rs1600 change and leave, I'm also not going to give you a bill”. There.
Question for other CCD lovers. Aren't they supposed to give you your purchase for free if you don't get a bill? Perhaps this was another coffee shop brand?
*Of course I went back to the counter just before leaving and got my change and this was 20 minutes after I got served.
CCD in Central Square Mall, Kotri Road, Kota? Never again.
