★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only thing good is brand. Ambience is ok no maintenance washroom is never functional, staff is non responsive. Location is good prices are standard, all in all this should be last choice for shipping coffee. Proximity to metro station and bus station is added advantage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of the cafe is great. It can improve by increasing the lightning and changing some of the wobbly tables and the card machine there doesn't support tap to pay. The staff is excellent though and you'll like their service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As the number of CCD in Delhi are increasing it is loosing it's efficiency. Talking about the ambience of West patel nagar ccd it has recently opened and it has space in cafe whereas there is no washroom in it. I visited thrice last week and only a handful of things from the menu were available. There was no aerated drinks and staff is not polite at all there is a constant nuisance created in the order area which is very disturbing as we come for chilling it is very noisy. The new summer chillers are also not available except rabri smoothie and Jamun chiller. There is no hygeine in the cafe brown sugars and tissues are loitering here and there on the table also there were insects and it is not relaxing at all. This outlet has really pushed me find Costa Coffee, Starbucks better than CCD. I was a regular customer at CCD East Patel Nagar which is better but customer can switch from one brand to another easily! Coffee lovers try something new!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for coffee and some snacks. Just near Patel Nagar metro station. Well maintained, neat and clean premises. Staff are well mannered and handle food items hygienically. It is just beside Dominoes and there is also Dunkin donuts beside it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very good place for coffee and tea . Masala tea is my favorite and coffee of this place is very good but the all things are little bit costly . They also serves toast , sandwiches , burger . You can also try rasmalai smoothie taste is very good . Lots of variety of coffee like u can try macchiato , cafe Americano , classic cappuccino .they also serves shakes. This place is near Patel nagar metro . Easily noticeable from road . This place is well maintained and clean . Ambiance is very good .
