Ambiance is good. Staff is also good. But takes time to deliver or make the things ready. Overall ok ok only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CCD cold coffee is perfact & doesn't feel heavy on stomach. The balance between milk and water is perfect and does not need any alterations. The light brown color is very similar to a homemade cold coffee. The creamy fill applied on it gaves a different texture. It feels fresh after having it in afternoon during summer days..

One can sit for long hours without many ordering” Review of Cafe Coffee Day. This outlet if perfect for corporates, professional for meeting, sessions etc. We also went for meeting and sat almost for 2hrs with no force for ordering even saw 2 other groups having business meetings.

They gave two other options which were good anyways. Ambience is comfortable and parking isn't a big problem although it's in the main city. So on a whole a good place to escape on weekdays in a busy schedule for your dose of joe!
