★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional childish inexperienced and also untrained staff. Ordered for frappe with vanilla ice cream. I got a glass full of Ice. They don't even accept their problems. No politeness at all. Have been traveling all around the country and had taken services from many CCDs but this one is new to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was not quite up to the mark. Staff do keep staring at you like mannequins if you ask for something, even slightly away from the menu.
Warning: do not attempt to go to the loo. No guard rails fitted on the wall and the one side is extremely rickety.
None of the Baristas know how to make a coffee, even a simple black one, in other words, they don't even know how to boil water. Cold coffees, according to them, are black coffee over ice and a scoop of ice cream.
Traffic sounds are predominant, considering that this on a junction.
Best avoided. Suggest having roadside coffee over this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has history of rude staff. Filled with cockroaches. The staff forces you to order as soon as you enter. Be careful when you settle the bill. They charge you extra without your knowledge. Some staff are extra sweet to create additional billing. So be very careful when you visit this outlet. I guess the management of CCD has lost interest in their own brand. Not recommended.

Let’s just see what CCD has to offer..
well I’m been going to CCD quit often, as a coffee lover I have to tell you there are so many options for coffee. And they all taste different from the other. CCD I’m talking about is in Lokhandwala Samantha Vaibhav Bldg on ground floor. They have indoor and outdoor sitting area. Indoor is for non smokers and outdoor is for smokers. In the evening is pleasant sitting outside. There’s no problem for parking cars and bikes can be parked around the Bldg. Lots of parking area. There’s no provisions for wheelchair person.
Good place for meetings. Can sit for a long time. Beverages are decent and reasonably priced. Well as far as the pricing goes it’s always debatable person to person.
Environment inside is pleasant. Can sit in non smoking area for a long time. Well I hope it’s good info for you to get going with the CCD meetings.
