You'll never get the milkshake whether you go in morning or evening.
The staff takes only cash but have board of online wallets everywhere.
Taste is also not that decent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish zomato offered something like a negative mark also for the lousy service offered at cafe coffe day, b6 market, safdarjung enclave, new delhi. The lounge being serviced by Mr Swaroop and Mr Rakshit, has a washroom maybe leaking but is used only for the cafe coffe day staff. The staff very conve ie tly locks the washroom after their use and inform the clients as being oit of order. The Paying clients who actually come to drink coffee or meet people are not allowed to use it. This has been happeing for a week as i did visit the same place twice in that period.
The best part was the audacity of Mr. Swaroop of not allowing to use the washroom and then speaking to another colleague Mr Rakshit( in his regional language) in front of paying client regarding ignoring the service.
This is when the lounge charges service charge on top of excessive rates. This is hopeless service cafe coffee day and specially these two service professionals. A customer lost forever due to non professionalism by both CCD and workers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impatient and rude staff. Was ordering when the staff member took out his phone to make a phone call. He proceeded to talk on the phone and ignore me while I stood right in front of him. Do not visit this place. Don't waste your money here, because the staff won't treat you with respect. Also, they tell you they don't have what you ask for, even though someone just ordered it. The place does have a clean atmosphere and no wifi. Who's running the place?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CCD - Minikins is a new add on to the list of working cafes under myHQ. You can get the subscription and redeem your credits against food bill and avail BOGO offers on coffee. I was happy to see and interact with the smiling staff right in the morning.

Ordered king size cafe latte, Rs145. A staff told me it’s Rs195 including tax.
I thought it’s too expensive so asked her to give me a receipt. She just grabbed my Rs200 out of my hand, saying she would give the receipt later.
After she served the latte, I demanded to give me a receipt again. And finally she gave me Rs50 and the receipt which said bill was Rs145. No apologies were given by her.
Restroom was out of order.
