★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service and such rude staffs. they doest even bother whether the customers are there. Even the person sitting in the cash counter has such a bad attitude. I have been to multiple durga outlets but this is most unclean, most ill mannered staffs and the dirtiest one ever. Try going to other outlets like in viman nagar and shivaji nagar, they have very good service.
Overall the most unclean and worst durga i have ever been to. They think like we come here and beg for food.
Never visit !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting food experience, there were pieces of plastic in my sandwich, more over the restaurant is not even picking up the call to hear about the incident. Just imagine the kind of grave situation this would have been if a kid had consumed this and eventually got him/herself choked. This was delivered 30 mins ago by cafe durga. If you are reading this try to serve people food that would not turn out to be health hazard.
