★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first meal was lunch and we were not happy with the service. Next day at breakfast we were lucky to be serviced by Vishal and Shubham. Their courteous nature and prompt service made our holiday at Holiday Inn Agra a memorable experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ @agraholidayinn is one of the best hotels in our city. This luxurious hotel has made it's place in our hearts for many reasons one of them being it's great food. We got an opportunity to try out their Cafe and Restaurant while were there. Each aspect of the experience was absolutely delightful.
The absolute best was the standard for everything. The whole experience will make you forget everything and enjoy your day.
@agraholidayinn had one of the best dishes on the menu from around the world, made by some of the finest chefs. The staff was polite and professional. The ambience was absolutely gorgeous. It is such a great place to be, so fun, so luxurious and relaxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely loved the food and service here ! Went for dinner and went for A La Carte. Buffet costs about ₹1590/- including tax as the staff says. As we went for quick dinner, ordered mutton biriyani, chicken biriyani, steamed basmati rice with home style chicken curry. Every dish tasted yumm. Loved plain rice and home style chicken curry with curd the best ! Exactly what i needed after spending hours visiting Taj Mahal in the heat, draining our energy. The staffs were courteous and the service was top notch. Oh and i must say, their washrooms are the best I’ve been to in ages! Definitely 5 stars for service & maintenance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a dine in as a family with kids and parents. The place was bustling with the guests who seemed they are staying at the hotel.
We kept roaming around looking for a table.
Another family looking equally lost were also doing the same.
The waiters couldnt care less. Not a single person came to even ask, let alone usher to a table.
We kept standing and minutes went by.
Finally with the utter lack of hospitality like a slap on our faces telling us soundlessly that you are not welcome, we decided to go to good old Berco's next door.
Poor show Holiday Inn. Remember you are in the Hospitality Industry. Be Hospitable!
Make your guest feel wanted.
Never ever going back. Good riddance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome ambience. Great food. The staff was very courteous. However, service was little delayed. If they can speed up their service, they deserve a five star. Overall, very good experience. Recommend everyone to visit this place atleast once!

Not just desi, they are serving an assorted palette of Thai, Chinese, north indian and more…. What else would you need! This gig is available for a short time period - starting 14th April and ending on 24th April. So hurry up guys, you wouldn’t want to miss this flavour extravaganza!
