★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an hidden gem in the city. This place promotes high quality thoughts with its food.
Iconic maska bun and chai is just mouth watering with its own style.
Famous cheese omelets, mutton kheema and rice items including kebabs are on the menu.
I ordered Mutton kheema fry and paneer roll and you can get it that it was fresh prepared. Hats off to that. The taste is good with a touch of old nostalgic touch.

As you set foot inside Cafe Irani Chaii, you’re welcomed into the old-world charm of the now rare Irani cafes. Completed with checkered flooring, wooden chairs and small tables with glass tops, this quaint little cafe behind Paradise cinema in Mahim is just the kind of place you want be at when hunger strikes in and the pocket isn’t too full. This eatery serves some of the most delicious Parsi and Irani grub, and we suggest you waste no time in ordering from the minute you enter. The owners seem to have a humourous take on things, and have a blackboard with a list of ‘don’ts’ scribbled all over {including how to not bargain with the cashier}. ??.
My regulars here : Irani chai with Bun Maska, Akuri Pav, Mutton Keema Pav, Chicken Cutlets, Mutton Samosa, Chicken Cheese Omelette and Mawa Cake.
The service here is super quick and the staff is no-nonsense & to the point . The best part is a jar of Phantom cigarettes kept near the cashier ?.

This quirky cafe with the tagline of "Hindi Irani Bhai Bhai" is located the bylanes just 7 mins walk away from Mahim Railway station. The place is small yet always crowded during mornings and evenings. The decor is simple and rustic and takes you back to the orginal Irani Cafe feel. The menu is simple, service is prompt and food served is fresh and delicious. Do try their bun maska, muttun kheema pav, bread pudding and ofcourse their signature Irani chai.

Their Bun Muskas is something you've GOT TO TRY! it might look like just bun and butter to you but it would be the best bun and butter you would have had, it's also got this tiny amount sweet jam just for the flavour. Ah thinking about it has me drooling. And if your a photo buff and like pretty places this ones for you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is cosy and perfect for family done out. It has casual sitting arrangement but the food I must say mind blowing. Had an awesome some experience of having Irani dish and chai for lunch. I tried Irani chicken, Bun Maska, Irani Chicken Roll, Cheese Burger, Irani chai. I am not able to get over the taste of Irani Chicken ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This quaint little restaurant is a haven for some good parsi food. The small restaurant is so charming and its interiors are lovely. Service is a little slow and it is slightly expensive for the portions but its definitely worth a visit. We tried theitton kheema pav and the akuri which was creamy and delicious. We also had the toast cheese which was so buttery and rich that we couldn't really finish it. And ofcourse we had bun maska, chai and some ice cream soda. The bun was delicious though they could have served chai in a little bigger glass. Overall its a must try!!
