Hour I tried,
Paneer tikka
Mondays bruschetta basket
Onion rings
Mix veg and cheese pizza
The cafe is located at Colaba and it is very nice it is next to the regal Cinema theatre the cafe ambience is very beautiful and they have a very nice lighting is also the sitting is very comfortable
The Paneer tikka was very nice it was very crispy and it was very good to taste
The Monday is bruschetta where is the very tasty dish it has a lot of cheese on it and it was very tasty
The onion rings were crispy And crunchy it was very Delicious
The mix veg and cheese pizza Has a lot of topping and it was covered with the cheese it has a crispy base and it was a very yummy
I would like to visit this place again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is famous only for being a happening cafe at town side. The seating is like being squeezed into your table, the food is also average and not that great taking into consideration the price of the dishes. Can recommend for a quick snack with your friends and a beer.

Cafe Mondegar which was started in 1932 by Iranian Zoroastrians is a historical cafe located at colaba causeway.. with two types of seating areas with and without AC..It is one of the touristic attraction in Mumbai .. overall this place is classic & really nice , specially wall paintings (with cartoons)..you can chill with your friends.. exactly near to the causeway shopping street..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an iconic old school mumbai Cafe, with walls full of sketches and a vibe that's home to mumbai.
Food is good and not so heavy on pockets. At times its quite crowded and has the typical mumbai cramped seating which may be uncomfortable for some.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambience: good crowd...always crowded and wait queue.... They manage the queue in a proper way.... Impressive wallpapers around....
Location: very close to the gateway of India....
Staff: I found them little rude as they were treating us as if v cum daily for dining.... Did not explained the menu items in detail when asked...
Food: watermelon juice was quite tasty and gave a feeling to hv another one... Veg grilled sandwich was not so better than the one u find it on streets... Just added wafer to add some value to it.... Napoleon pasta was filled with tomato cream.... It was smelling not so good.. The staff did not say it will be made in red sauce and not the white sauce.... Happy eating....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A historical and amzing cafe to go at any time of the day. It is more of a unique experience than just a restaurant. The tasteful music, talk and laughter of merry people, clink of drink glasses and bottles, occasional beer towers and the colorful decor. I think if you are in Colaba, it will be a real shame and missed opportunity to not dine here. The best time to go is obviously evening and night time, especially from Friday to Sunday. The service is also really awesome. It is primarily a place to have a good time with friends.

I was here at around 11:30 am and they offered breakfast menu at that time.
Some fresh fruit juices were on the menu too. Juices were good. Age old sandwich which used to taste really nice, tasted absolutely basic and average. I miss the old happening mondi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sandwiches were like roadside and not that great. Place is popular but food and seating is not very impressive. We could literally hear what people are speaking. Only the walls are good to look at due to the caricature drawings.
It’s good for one time visit and location is a plus.
