Cons-
Very slow service.
Not able to handle orders if all tables are full.I had to cancel my order for coffee because after waiting for 20 min they asked me to change the order so that whatever they have ready can be served fast.
There were worms in bottle of chilli flakes (i missed to capture the photograph). I had shown the Bottle to the staff(owner?) But not even a simple SORRY came out of their mouth which is really bad from point of customer service. Now I am not sure what would be happening inside the kitchen and how unhygienic food is being served here.
Overall not a good experience. Lot of scope for improvement if they want to be in the business for Long.
