Curd is smelling. We did not expect it from a big name(Pride Plaza).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our excitement to enjoy authentic Bengali food during the food festival ended with a disappointment as soon as the starters were served. What was served was not anywhere to close to a Bengali food, certainly not matching 3 star or 4 star standards as they claimed. We raised this to the staff and they listened to us. Staff was ok but we did not find the kind of energy that we used find before. Last year it was a completely different story. They were so good last year, can't understand what has gone wrong this year?

They started serving things as set buffet instead served on table except starters.
Soup was ok. Starters were good. Pasta was really good. Main course had paneer and other veg which was good too. Desert was chocolate pudding and mung dal halwa which was good too.
Apart from food, it’s good place to be and yes service and courtesy is best in industry for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were 5 for Sunday morning breakfast, we asked walnuts for cereals it was denied, we asked any dry fruits said its not available in kitchen. We asked mushroom omlette said mushrooms not available. We asked milkshakes or smoothies it was denied later informed we can get that. So we ordered 3 mango milkshake and 1 kiwi milkshake, arrived all smoothies , reorder given so suppose to be 4 came only 2 milkshake. Also the cheese paratha which was ordered had hair strand which was into the dough. So all these are self evident on standards and service quality. Even after all these not even a single responsible person came met or took the feedback. Not even any courtesy extended........
