★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You guys should remane your store/business as duping goals. Ordered through zomato for a birthday cake, which was to be delivered after 4 hours of placing the order. But even after 10 hours it was never delivered. Such a pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service!!! These guys don't even answer their customers' call. They were supposed to deliver the cake after 4 hours which was ordered for some special ocassion but that cake wasn't delivered even after 8 hours. Don't rely upon this shop atleast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Ordered and paid for a cake at 9:30am and kept calling for the order till 4:20 pm. The status showed delivered. They are thieves! Took the money, never delivered. And no one answered my calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic pathetic pathetic experience..I had placed the order at around 7 pm through zomato and I also received a confirmation. I called up the restraunt number and spoke with someone by the name if lokesh. I was assured of the delivery at around 10.30 PM. I have been trying to call up the number but there has been no response. The cake was for my 3 year old son for his birthday. Cake Goals you surely need a lesson or two in customer service. Just opening an outlet doesn't help

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered black forest cake for birthday celebration on 31 january'19 looking in the ratings of cake goals.
However, when the cake was delivered. The cake was "PATHETIC" in taste and quality. The cake had big & number of lumps inside and the cream was smelly and had bad fat contents. Not recommended.?
