★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service, don't even order from here. They took the order but failed to deliver the order and they didn't inform us. When we called them at delivery time to know the status they said, we need to cancel it as they are unable to prepare it. They just spoiled our surprise birthday celebration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't order online from here....thy will take ur order.....ur money will be deducted....n u will not get any delivery....n u will be helpless thy don't used to pick up calls....only whatsapp.....n there thy will just say...wait....in next hour u will receive d order....delivery boy is out....but u will never receive cake n the money which has been deducted.....
Beware of them....!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is horrible they don’t know how to even talk to customers. I ordered a cake to be delivered on my mother’s birthday, they charged me separately for delivery but even at the end of the day the cake has not been delivered. On calling them they have no clue what’s going on and then they keep their phones switched off. Bunch of incompetent frauds I must say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Despite ordering in advance, a birthday cake was delivered at 10 PM on the bday . The bday had to be celebrated without the cake which was so special for the occasions. It was such an embarrassment all because of an irresponsible and insensitive CakeFite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't deserve even one star. Cake delivered was not even close to the one in picture. They should understand that Cakes are usually ordered for gifting purpose and a cake as bad as this spoils the reputation. You Shouldn't play with people's respect. I am hoping this review saves someone from a bad order. I am attaching pictures for the cake delivered and the image shown on website.
