β’I had ordered some customized cupcakes for my friend on his new job
β’They designed the cupcakes just as I wanted and even exceeded my expectations
β’I ordered chocolate cupcakes with caramel frosting and rainbow cupcakes (which was their own recommendation, it looks absolutely beautiful; you just cannot resist)
β’The packaging was very cute and simple as I wanted to give it as a gift
β’The delivery was timely and the cakes were intact and perfectly in shape when received
β’They respond very quickly, are very friendly, and will accommodate to all your needs promptly. I do not reside in Kolkata, hence all my needs were communicated through messages only, and I got just what I wanted very conveniently.
β’Coming to the taste, it was absolutely delicious, both the chocolate and rainbow cupcakes were perfect in taste; super soft and with the right amount of sweetness in the frosting
β’All in all, Iβd definitely recommend ordering from here.

They are very accommodating & agreed to changes in cake design, size & tiers till the day before of delivery! Really good professionals.
As for the cake, it was really delicious & every guest appreciated the cake. The design, taste & quality of cream, flavouring everything was awesome. Also 5star for the delivery experience. Really happy with Cakes& bakes. Highly recommended for engagement cakes.

The owners, Arindra Da and Priyanka Mam are extremely patient and gave their best inputs and suggestions and helped me choose my wedding cake as per my liking. The best thing about them is their honest suggestion. The cake looked beautiful and tasted heavenly. If you are looking for customized cakes, then this is a one stop solution. The warm behaviour of the owners and their baking expertise actually makes the entire experience worth it! Cakes and Bakes contributed to my most special day with their lovely cake and made it even more memorable. Cant thank them enough. All the best wishes. β β β β β Thank you so much for baking the cake for our engagement. I loved that you followed up with ideas and options even when i didn't have time. You did not need any reminders and reached venue on time and delivered the cake in perfect condition. The customised topper was also lovely. Really happy with the service. Note to all ordering in summer in Kolkata: definitely order only fondant cakes and try to cut as soon as your recieve it. It the extreme heat it tends to melt even in air conditioned environment.
