★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some weeks back when I visited cafe for parcel. I ordered two shakes and a pastry, when I reached home one shake was fully spilled from cup even though it was hardly 5 minutes ride from cafe to my home and when I went back to Cafe to complain they were too rude to even listen to me. Even though it was their mistake and cup was broken but they weren't ready to accept their mistake. I think people should think before visiting this place as they don't respect or value their customers or their opinion and also they don't know how to behave with their customers .

Worst exp in my life....
Its just lik what they promis vs what they deliver to you
On 6th june i have visited this place for a cake order.
So in shope the design the owner n the team said tht
"Sir apne jaisa cake bola hai waise apko banake milega cake"
Then on 7 when the day come of d delivery
The horrible cake the delivered to me
N wen i opposed them
Started argue
And replyed to me tht
"Sir 1.5 kg me aesa hi milega "
Me bola bhai ...agar
Tum ko nhi jamra tha too bol dete
I could have changed the design
N could have suggested them to design some thing else
Bt the behaviour of the owner towards the customer was too rude
They dont really care abt the customer satisfaction

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After more than couple of hours delay, we were able to take the cake from the shop without much inspection. We were in a hurry also because kids were waiting for the cake to cut at around 6:30 pm. What we received and noticed after reaching home was shocking and I was utterly disappointed. I am a visitor here and people say they r the best in the business.
This ship does not even deserve one star, but that's then only option I have.
