The services aren't so good
But the main drawback is that the staffs are careless,useless,very lazy, does not care the patient much.
Pathetic management.
Securities are very rude and harsh.
The government should look onto this.
This is the main reason that why people prefer private hospitals to government hospitals.
We can see rats running around in the general ward. No sanitization.
The doctors of the emergency department are careless and does not care much about the patient.
There should be an allocation of strict management inorder to see what staff does.
The wheel chairs are broken no one to care for...
Shameful, if people pay taxes why aren't they getting good services???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visit this place as an Intern by WEST BENGAL HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION, in the month of June,2019, for Field Visit, this was my first ever visit to such place. The administrators were very gentle and helpful to everyone.
They use to provide all kinds of basic facility to everyone who admit there for treatment.
Every floor is equipped with drinking water machine, bathroom, etc.
But the problem which the hospital is facing today is large number of patients, but still they are managing this problem very beautifully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The super speciality hospital has all medical facilities. Outdoor (General medicine) ticket is only Rs. 2. You can get free medicine if available. There is a "Fair price Medicine Shop" where you can get 75%+ discount on mrp of medicine from. I personally went there for treatment,the doctors are very efficient but you have to wait for long time for treatment at outdoor. The area of the hospital is not very much clean. You can get treatment here for anytime(24 hours open).
