★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please extend the route of AC23A(Bally Khal-SLD Gate) from Bally Khal to Bally Halt/ Rajchandrapur. It will be of great help if you do it because regular buses to Salt Lake get overcrowded during peak hours.

Today 08-June-2016, I was travelling from Kalikapur to Sec-V in the BUS AC4A (Parnasree – Sapoorji Estate) around 12:15 PM. I gave the fare to the Conductor near Science city, the conductor asked me the change would be given later. Near to my destination (Swasthya bhawan), I asked to return my change and the ticket. He returned the change , but refuses to give me ticket. Even after asking several times and raising the voice he just gave me the manual tickets even though he had the ticket generation machine. And this is not the first time I have experienced , I am a regular passenger of the bus, earlier I had to ask 4-5 times to get the ticket from that guy.
I called up CSTC call center and lodge a complain. I will also try to lodge a written complain and submit at Ganesh Chandra Avenue.
My intention here is to protest against the these people, who are responsible for Govt not getting the proper revenue and at the same time it may end with bad services of the transport (not sure if the revenue do not come to a justified amount , there is no point in running the bus in the route).
