The call center and the Team conducting tests doesn't have minimum clarity of communication between them Call center confirmed the test and on sat and now they are saying we don't do rtpcr tests in vizag

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless service. For a small test also they take 2 days to deliver report. If emergency services don't use call health better go for nearby diagnostics center for any tests. I really hate call health services. They did not even give reports and saying that they need another sample becoz they could not store the blood properly. Please dont dont dont use call health. They played this with my father who is heart patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them to check if they provide a service to give an injection everyday. The injection, syringe is all with the patient, the will have to come and just give an injection which is a 5 mins job. The lady who answered my call said each session is Rs 200/-. What does she mean by session? And rs 200 everyday when i asked foe monthly pack..isnt it exhortation.
