β β β β β Staff is very rude and not friendly at all...sales persons there have attitude problem ..part of such a big brand they should know how to service a customer....specially the two sales girl there...they think that they are doing some kind of favour on u and u are some kind of desi gavaar who have accidentally entered their shop and don't know anything about this brand...

β β β β β On 10th Dec'17 I happened to visit the mentioned CK outlet. OMGoodness, even after spending 20 minutes in the store none of the staff approached me for any kind of help. Finally I picked up a T-Shirt which was apparently a Christmas gift for my dear friend. The worst nightmare started when I was at the billing counter. There were 2 females(alleged Bollywood Divas) at the counter masquerading as " The Miss India 2017(I think she should have been Miss Universe) and the runner-up". The stout female was whispering to the other that " Usko batawo ki return nahi hoga" rather rudely as though they are giving it for free. Hope the owner may read my review and take the necessary action on the staff's based on the above mentioned date.
Dear all, if you plan to visit this store ; please follow the below instructions
a) Dress well(I would recommend you to be on your best/costliest outfit)
b) Be prepared to be treated as a Beggar/Unnoticed by the staff
c) Tolerate the show-offs/ Rude behavior by the 2 purported Divas at the billing desk
Dear Owner, please train your staff to behave politely.
Note: Remember, "Customer is God".

β β β β β Unfriendly staff and we need to speak to them to get information. No advice , if you are trying we get rude remarks from sales girl. They think we are buying from them is like they have obliged us. Irrational statistics, We purchased three Tshirts but didn't get even one smile from your staff. Staff behavior need to be improvised. Very shocking attitude from the staff of a branded & reputed sales show room .

β β β β β I visited this store once in the past and did not like how the staff behaved, then visited again yesterday to see if they will behave well, but no, they still behave like they donβt want customers to buy from them. As far as I remember, the sales girl was not the same person, so do they train their staffs to behave badly with customers? Why? I would not recommend visiting this store. Unless you like being mistreated.
