★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A couple of months ago I've joined here as a repeptionist. The work atmosphere is very good, co-operative and friendly here. The owner of the shop Mr. G. R. Mallick is very kind hearted, well behaved and professional. In person he is also an excellent proffessional mechanic and all the other mechanists of the shop are very expert. The shop is almost 24years old and the service is best in Kolkata. Everyday I can see my own that each and every mechanic of the shop works very very hard. Here all the photographic equipments given for repair like lens, lens filters, battery, camera body, view finder guard, flash gun, video camera (even a single screw) etc are handled with care and concern that they don't mix up with others. Every item is repaired with patience, time and best efforts. Thoroughly check up and detailed servicing is done here at reasonable price. A fair tagging and billing system is also available here. And the best part is, each and every customer is welcomed here with a cup of tea.

They even managed to deliver a few days before time, as I had asked for it. I called them twice, and got replied properly. They were professional, and technically more sound than many other shops in that area. Highly recommended.
