Kaveri once a week n borewell water is just dead so relying on tanker
Apartment at dead end the rest residents just pounce if ur guests come
Owner does not care about anything just takes the money and all your deposits money is gulped enough.. All the society members faced this including me

No parking for guest absolutely.. if you park u ll b abused by other house owners. Zero borewell water severe water issues

Don’t Don’t Don’t Take the Flat.
Left in 2022 Jan had rented 2 flats used like very own.
Were cheated badly for the deposits.
Ask in the locality before falling for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 4 years(had to due to personal reasons), came across loads of issues - no water (hence always water tanker), if anything isn't working (electricity, lift, etc) expect to be fixed after a week unless u want to pay and repair it urself, lot of noise always around (neighbours, localite meetings, constructions). The saddest part was, we never complained on many things and managed it ourselves, but it was disappointing to see even after so much of cooperation from our end, we were not returned the actual money we were supposed to get for DEPOSIT (truly felt cheated). You will find many better places in and around with same budget and better facilities.
