★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment is located on the Nagarbhavi main road with 24 houses. Mostly are 2bhk. Built in 1990. Apartment looks old. This is next to SLV bakery. I have stayed here in apartment as rent was low comparitively. First the house was so dirty not even clean. We spent a lot to clean. It was in 2015 we gave 8k as rent and 5% increase every year.Fans were not proper. Washroom was not so good. Maintainance they charge 1.5k per month and car parking extra. No space for car parking and hence have to park outside. Security is of no use. I used to come by 11 pm sometimes but security would not even know. Drainage and water problem. Most of the days It smells so bad.It is good only cos its near to bus stop. Nothing else. Owner was such a pain. We had to literally beg to give back deposit and he has not given full amount yet. No proper rental agreement was given hence to provide address proof was so difficult. So please make sure you get authentic rental agreement.renew it every year and make sure to include points about deposit clearly.Make sure to give official notice about vacating.No lift in the apartment. Staircase is very small hence shifting will be difficult. Also apartment guys charge 1k extra while shifting to cover damage even if u don't damage anything. It's very old apartment with no facilities. Donot take bbnl ISp here. 10 days in a month it doesn't work. Hathway is better. I recommend this apartment only if u get better deal with rent and deposit. There are many nearby apartments these days, please consult all before shifting here.
