★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to close my PPF.. Gave the closure letter 10 days back.. nothing done.. in spite of talking to the manager.. unfortunately he is also helpless. The staff there are old and too slow in doing things..Its a curse that this kind of people work in banks and spoil its name.. If people keep less than the minimum balance, they automatically start putting fine... but why not put fine for the staff who are rude and lethargic.. no concern for customer service.. how are these people recruited in banks..
