★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank saw till now. Never found A. T. M. in working conditions. Its system is worthless as it not works properly. Slow staff and people keep on complaining in bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I given only 1 star becasue when we have to withdraw some cash or by some other reasons we have to go in palam village branch. That branch is far from here there is no ATMs nearby us. So request you to pls arrange 1 ATMs nearby us.. Thank you i hope that you will follow up my request and reply soon.. Thanks

Most of the time you will find people always fighting with each other because of long queue ( in every counter) .The passbook entry machine whenever i visit does't work . Too unprofessional staff there bahaviour , attitude , body language , communication and intelligency in totally dim . Think 100 times before opening your account in this bank spl in palam branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys to be honest it's too slow bank I don't know why maybe system problem or not sufficient staff, but my sight some staff was good and coperative but not some other and when ever you visit this bank you got rush matlab too much rush and guys for passbook printing or other work i suggest you print your passbook atleast in a month or 3 month but I don't why some other private bank was too fast and early responsive even you cannot spend some minutes' to do any work. You know private bank is too fast ?
