★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the employees at the canara bank, badambadi branch are very helpful but there is a elderly women, i don't properly know she is in which designation but she is very rude to customers..
I opened my mother's savings account at the badambadi branch, after that i have to apply for ATM card. One of the male employees told me to go to mam (the elderly women ) i asked her if she can help me with this matter. She said wait for time.. I waited there for some time..then she asked me what's the matter. I said mam i have opened my mother's saving account this branch. I want a form for applying ATM cum debit card..she told me we cant give anyone a form. I said mam i have to go to another city by bus within 11am. She told me - then you can leave and come later.. I said my mother is alone in home .give me the form i will fill it up, then bring my mother here for her signature. She said we don't do that here . I said the rules of your bank is different from others.. Instead of saying yes sir,sorry sir . She told me - "" tahale jou bank rule bisay re janichanti sethi jai account kholantu"" means then you have to open account in that bank, who's rule is known to you .. I said "thank you for your kind information" & leave form there . Then She said something on my back.
I mean what type of behavior is this.. Very bad experience with canara bank, badambadi branch
