★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor service from staff. No response for queries. They give wrong information and rude replies. Irresponsible staff and Manager. They make us to visit minimum three to four visit for simple work. Worst service from Jalahalli Canara bank.The staff sitting in the cash counter is very arrogant and gives irresponsible replies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible services.. they make us wait for long time and multiple visits to the bank is must, as they never ever finish the work and they don't even bother for the customer queries, like once in a new moon they do good and quick service. i felt other banks are doing really very good in terms of services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, Arrogant and patheitc staffs, non co-perative, they just want their salaries. The will make you run from counter to counter. The manager is equally pathetic. I went for DD, nobody sitting in the chair, then he came after 15 mints, directed to another counter. then they said they cannot do DD. Horrible, un professional, and arrogant staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the useless branch I have ever experienced. I went for opening an FD.
The return of the cheque for a technical fault was never informed to me for 2 weeks. My mobile number was with them. They could have called me. I went myself , probed ad found out. It took 2 hours to locate the returned cheque, The manager was so indifferent and behaved as if nothing wrong has happened. I was ready to give another cheque. But the entire set of FD forms , which I submitted with photos, Aadhar and pan copies were missing. To hell with the branch, i came out and escaped. what a pity situation!
There are many in our country without job.
see what certain people do when they get a job!
If these feedback are of to be of any use, this branch can be closed and all staff should be dismissed . That much expenditure can be saved.
