★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lazy staff. No proper work done. No cooperation. The manager is almost never there. No passbook entry kiosk. Highly dysfunctional. Would not recommend this branch of Canara Bank, at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busy and lazy staff always absconding on the excuse of auditing, accounting, meeting etc. The bank is almost always crowded with the population of Neelsandra slum people. Passbook entry in the kiosk failed, then I realised the lazy staff had not given my new passbook a barcode. Waited in the queue 2 hours to get barcode. The staff members give priority to Neelsandra Muslims some even sit and chat with them in Urdu. Crowds are even worse now, thanks to Modi's currency ban.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst Branch and Bank. There is nothing called customer service. They work according to their own comfort and pace. Canara Bank needs to be privatized. If we ask any questions they will suggest to close the account and go. They always have a reason as printer not working if we go for passbook entry. There is nothing called same day service, they will always ask us to come tomorrow or later date.

When i go there for my opening account he said after 7 day's we informed you that account is open now you can take your passbook
..i said ok whenever after 7 day's i am going there he said after 7 day's you come.. ..its my wrong dicission that we should open account in canara bank..?

It's because Google rating has nothing less then this .
Wrost manager I have ever delt .Staff are not just staffs offcourse they are IAS officers.
Now I understood why private bank and private sectors are better than govt Bank..Any where it's less account opening then the service will be as wrost as expected ..
Thers no where can I complain apart from Google ..
