★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank in the history of mankind. I had a Fixed deposit (FD) in Canara Bank in mumbai branch . I Needed money in emergency, when I was in my village in Uttar Pradesh, so wanted to close the FD & raise some money for that, so that my money would go in my account, i.e., account holder. But the bank staff told me that FD can only be broken in mumbai. If u need money u need to go Mumbai from Uttar Pradesh and close the FD there. The issue was I went to same bank but different branch in an emergency, people they don't understand other customers problem. If people go to any branch problem should be resolved there , they should not say go to your home branch..
