Please use the automated cash deposit kiosk at your own risk. Usually receipts don't come out and notes get stuck in the tray.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic staff and extremely pathetic services, my 70 year old mother and me went to bank to withdraw 1 lakh cash and since her hand shakes due to weakness and age issue, she marked one comma after 1 due to which it was appearing like 4 and amount was appearing like 4 lakhs instead of 1 lakh but she had written 1 lakh in words also which was clearly readable.
Firstly, When I asked to the lady who sits on Cash counter to consider the cheque, she said it's lunch time and despite of multiple requests she did not accept the cheque.
We waited for 30 mins then after lunch when she came back, she told you will have to refill the cheque as amount was appearing like 4 lakhs, I told her that amount is mentioned in words also which clearly shows that it's 1 lakh, she did not listen to us and asked me to talk to the lady who sits at next counter just next to her, when I asked her, she told this cheque can't be considered, you will have to refill, then I tried correcting 4 to 1 but she said it's overwriting, we can't consider it, my old mother requested her that her hand shakes a lot due to age issue but she did not listen, then I asked her to provide me new blank cheque as there was only 1 cheque in my mother's cheque book and that was wasted due to overwriting, she told to fill requisition slip which is attached at the end of cheque book but that slip was also not there in my mother's cheque book.
Then she gave me one form and told to fill, I filled the form and asked my mother to sign it, I submitted the form, this time she gave different excuse, she said signatures are not matching, my old mother requested her that her hand shakes due to age issue because of which she could not sign properly, she did not listen to us and said to fill the form once again.
I was so disappointed and angry that me and my mother decided to leave the branch without withdrawal because of such unkind behavior of these pathetic people.
Don't ever open account in this branch, you will regret.
