Too much Bad ambience & worst public services provided here?
Here All The staff & management are unprofessional & highly uneducated due to there very special care given to the customers and general public?❌
They don't know how to communicate with the customers & public. There public dealing is very very worst as this bank is located at a great posh locality
?At this bank there is a special young lady officer at good post at the computer counter wearing black spectacles & having open hairstyle ; she thought that she is sole appointed here as a CEO, MD, CHAIRMAN & MANAGER of this bank. She had an attitude problem with her. She doesn't have a sound knowledge regarding rules & regulations of making bank customers happy & satisfy. She don't know about the core banking rules. She doesn't have good & sound public dealing. Her attitude & relation towards bank customers is so much bad & worst.
➡At this bank Non-customer satisfaction is a prime motto
Also all other related staff is also too busy in having sweet talking with each other regardless of public service in the working hours
At this bank no much customer work is undergoing in the bank working hours
I don't know how the senior staff & management tolerate all this at regular daily routine
?Mr. Narendra Modi is doing so extraordinary, great & special work of RBI by merging all public sector bank's & making limited government banks to make bank customers happy & too satisfied. They know that the government bank staffs are not so work enthusiastic. They only come bank to just collect there monthly salary & other allied free government allowances. No work_No salary. No work or sit at home. High salaries are given to the staff but little bit work & service is provided to the customers and general public.
