★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today we had been to Canara bank Vibhutipura branch to open a new account..we reached the bank at 1200 noon with all revelent documents. we approached the counter for form which was given in few seconds and we took 5mins to fillup the form,then they told us to visit counter no 1 and lady there told us to wait for some time.. we waited for almost 30min and approached her again...she told us to wait for some more time and she said am senior clerk her this not my job I am helping customers.if u can't wait more Approch the manager..when we to went manager she asked why did v went to her, we explained her all the stoty..she verified our documents and sent us back to counter no 1..
There is lot of drama people sitting there non of the staff is helpful,the whole process took ONE HOUR TWENTY MINUTES to handover the documents!!! Very very surprising,account will be opened after 4days!!
Non of staff is ready to explain what has to be filled in form and what balance needs to be maintained and any additional charges bank charges!!!
There no proper information for people who come there without any knowledge of bank transaction..we feel that they are working for charity!!!
ONE of the worst services ever come across!!!
