Bank employees do not help their customers in any way.
My father's account is in this branch. The mobile number was removed from his account 6 months ago.He has been visiting the bank for the last 6 months to register his mobile number.
For this, he has given application twice.
But the mobile number has not been registered yet.
Yesterday when I went to the bank with my father, I saw that the bank employees had closed the bank gate. All the customers were standing outside the bank gate.
